• This sale is a *SOFT CLOSE: When a bid is placed at closing time on an item, the end time for that specific item will be extended by 60 seconds. The soft close interval is used to prevent bid sniping, which is the practice of bidding at the last possible second in order to prevent others from placing further competing bids.

You will receive a text message with a link for you to schedule your own pick-up time, along with the address. If you do not receive an Invoice in your inbox, please check your spam folder.

• Buyers Premium: EMG Estate Sales adds to your Invoice a 12% Buyers Premium. (Example: If your winning bid is $1,000.00, with the 12% Buyers Premium, your net Invoice total will be $112.00 before applicable Sales Tax).
