By Bidding you agree to make a commitment to follow through on scheduling an appointment, payment and picking up your winning items. You MUST follow through with scheduling your appointment and/or make contact with EMG within 24 hours after the sale. If you fail to do so, it will result in your Invoice being cancelled & your item(s) will be sold to next highest bidder & you will also forfeit your right to bid & purchase from us in the future. Your account will be suspended, blocked and/or reported.
- EMG is not responsible for your bidding results. Be aware that cell & internet service can play a huge role in the timing of your bidding.
- This sale is a *SOFT CLOSE: When a bid is placed at closing time on an item, the end time for that specific item will be extended by 60 seconds. The soft close interval is used to prevent bid sniping, which is the practice of bidding at the last possible second in order to prevent others from placing further competing bids.
- Once the sale ends, please check your email for your Invoice for the total amount due of your winning items. You will receive a text message with a link for you to schedule your own pick-up time, along with the address. If you do not receive an Invoice in your inbox, please check your spam folder.
- Buyers Premium: EMG Estate Sales adds to your Invoice a 12% Buyers Premium. (Example: If your winning bid is $1,000.00, with the 12% Buyers Premium, your net Invoice total will be $112.00 before applicable Sales Tax).
- Text Messaging: Winning Bidders agree and accept that upon winning, you agree to accept text messages from Sellers within the Time2bidAuctions Website in reference to your Invoice, Payment, Appointments and Future Sales. At any time, you may opt out of receiving future text messages. Your information is not shared with any third party.
